The Code Senders: Touch Project

The Code Senders

"Thick, onion-shaped sensors, they tell the brain what is pressing and also about the movement of joints or how the organs may be shifting their position when we move." -Diane Ackerman

Statement:

I thought it was odd that the sensors in the brain were onion like/shaped and how they could detect the smallest movement in our bodies from a moving joint to a shifting organ, and even pain.
